A DEN

TMEL Collective
A DEN

Who's hiding under the rocks? A puppet expedition into an unknown wilderness for audiences aged seven and up.

One wants to eat the other, another to outwit everyone. Some cooperate, others compete, and some prefer to hide. But what do you do when you lose the safety of your nest? Despite its small scale, A Den opens up a vast and elaborate world, made of red sand and raw fiberglass - a world in which even the smallest creature can change the balance of the entire planet. Non-verbal and accompanied by an imaginative soundscape, the play invites viewers to get lost in this wondrous place, uncover the layers of the inhospitable desert planet, and meet the inhabitants of this unique, interconnected ecosystem. The production was created as part of the New Blood from the New Network programme, which was also financially supported. The project was created with the financial support of the National Culture Fund.
