With humour and playfulness, it emphasizes the value of friendship, family, and acceptance. It is a story about two penguins who are biologically unable to have offspring and therefore experience great sadness. The production shows with subtlety and tenderness that their love is as strong as any other and the desire for parenthood is just as natural. It reminds us that family does not have to be traditional but can take different forms, and that even though we are different, we can still be part of a community. It helps children understand that being different does not mean being worse - on the contrary, diversity makes the world more beautiful, and everyone should have their place in it.
