About the theatre:
The Puppet Theatre Ostrava has been the only professional theatre for children in Ostrava since 1953. In normal operation, there are up to four performances a day on two stages - the main stage and an alternative stage - for schools and the public. The repertoire also includes performances for the adult audience. The theatre hosts the international puppetry festival Spectaculo Interesse and the summer programme Pimprléto.
