Visitors to the workshop of scenographer Tereza Vydarená will have an opportunity to make a simple sound puppet on a stick. The mum of two little girls has been collaborating as a lecturer on Sunday creative workshops at the Moving Station Cultural and Educational Centre in Pilsen, as a set designer in the production of Ulysses at the Alfa Theatre recently, and is gradually revamping the front-of-house facilities for the audience at the West Bohemian Theatre in Cheb.
This time she has collected natural materials, such as wooden sticks or beans, as well as paints and paper, and is going to assist you in creating a rattling - i.e. sound - puppet during the Slow Market. And, of course, you will be able to take your creations home with you. Children up to the age of seven will need the help of their parents, while the older ones can work independently under the kind and experienced supervision of the teacher.
