Everyone would like to know Mr. Kitten, and you can meet him in the new production by DNO Theatre. A fairy tale in which you’ll meet many animals, and Mr. Kitten will build a house for all of them. We won’t stop playing until all stones have been moved.

An independent alternative theatre group that has been active on the Czech scene since 2000. Founded in Hradec Králové (originally as Divadlo Na Okraji), the company has become a phenomenon thanks to its playfulness, musicality, and ability to make the most of very little. Led by director and actor Jiří Jelínek, DNO combines puppets, old toys, everyday objects, and live music into unique original collages. The company has won numerous awards for its work, including the Erik Award. Their poetic style is based on unbridled imagination, wordplay, and direct interaction with the audience, making their productions enjoyable for both children and adults.
