An actor-musician comes on stage with a suitcase full of foam letters and gradually discovers their shapes, sounds and hidden possibilities. Through simple manipulation, the letters are transformed into characters, situations and small stories – the letter E turns into a playful dog, I into a child, other characters into dancers and acrobats. The production, inspired by the visual poetry of the Catalan poet, Joan Brossa, combines puppet theatre, music and non-verbal poetry. Gentle humour, precise work with objects and live music create a poetic world in which gesture turns into a verse and a verse into emotion.
